Sorry if this has been posted, but I read a post on another forum that Dell puts 400mhz ram in the 6000, and that to take advantage of the dual channel technology that you should add the same to your system(if exsisting laptop has one stick and you add one stick) It's my understanding that the 6000 does not have dual channel, and that it doesn't matter what you add. That said, I'm getting ready to add some ram, should I add a 400mhz stick, or 533mhz? I would think that adding one 533 stick would yield negligable gains and the 400mhz ram would be cheaper. Any advice?
