Well I b*tch and moan and Dell replace my LG with a Samsung screen because the LG screen had a dead pixel and I didn't like the screen. The Dell technician did a great job, no scratches plus Dell mistakenly sending me another XPS 2 as an exchange for the one I'm typing on, so I'm waiting on it to see if it's a Samsung screen also then I'll compare the 2 and guess I'll keep the newer one hehe.

I'm happy and all is good, plus they gave me a 100 credit for my troubles. A little work gets rewarded hehe.

Who saids Dell customer service doesn't do a good job LOL.
