I don't know if this is posted anywhere, if it is, feel free to slice this away or merge it into another thread.
It turns out that the Gateway 7405GX Bios number 52.00.01 will work on the M6805 and the M6809 and possible a few others. Check the AMD Processor Forums for more on other models.
I am running the BIOS right now, although, it took away my big E on boot and replaced it with a Gateway splash screen. You can get the BIOS here:

I am only posting this because I spent hours trying to get some RAM to work in my system and came across this. It fixed my RAM issues in conjuction with a new VIA 4-in-1 Driver install.
