Toshiba SDR6472 DVD-R not burning DVDs

Mine still reads CDs ( I have to try DVDs) but it will not write to a DVD. I'll be calling SAGER tech support this weekend. Anyone else have this problem?

It reads DVDs fine. Didn't get around to calling TECH support this weekend, I will do so in the next few days however.

Mine wasnt reading CDs fine. Even the original Shrink Wrapped CDs. So I shipped it back to them and asked for an NEC 6500A and got that in the mail from them. I suggest you do the same. The Toshiba is sucky.

Groovy, thanks a lot man. I work goofy hours and have already missed one return call from them. I'll fill out the RMA form and deal with them by email.
