Hi all,
This is my first post. I own an Ferrari 3200 for nearly 10 months, and from the operation of it, I random gets these fuzzy lines of disappearing images on my LCD screen. I took it to service, and they couldn't replicate the problems at site, so they give it back. But when I use it more, the lines comes up more, and sometimes my whole screen disappears. It gets fixed sometimes by just leaving the laptop and not use it for a while, then when I turn it back on it comes back again. I know the computer is on when the screen is all black, I can hear the ferrari startup sound and I can even see all the images when I connect it to TV. I was fed up and sent it to acer again, and they stated that they can't replicate the problem so there's nothing that they can fix. Anyone is having the same problem? possible solution? I know something is wrong in there, but I just don't know what...
I have another older acer model, and it has the same problem with the screen, but that one is most likely some connector problem. When you tap it a bit it comes back on. That's why I put potential other laptops up on the topic.
Thanks in advance
John
