I have a problem I seem to be having with Counterstrike and my Display settings. When I first installed counter-strike everything worked fine. I could adjust my gamma for my desktop and it would apply it to the game as well, as it was too dark with just the in-game gamma adjustment.
Now, everytime I start counter-strike it resets my gamma, and even changes the desktop gamma once I quit out. If I reopen the color settings, it immediately goes back to the brighter gamma but there is no "Apply" button to hit until I change it. So it is not physically moving the meter to default, but its applying default settings somehow.
I do not know what is wrong. Help!
