Looking at the Qosmio that you have pointed out, I see there are definitely a great number of features. However, Toshiba does not have a good track record with notebook computers. I would suggest the Inspiron XPS over the Qosmio due to its extreme ruggedness and power. And if you purchase a complete care plan with Dell. Accidents such as drops, spills, and other funny, laptop-killing mishaps are also covered. (Sometimes things that aren't covered will still be fixed with no charge.) However, I am biased. I am a 9100 owner and have never had a problem with my machine other than the ones I have caused by my own overclocking and hacking.
