My Dell Coupons don't work

Hi all;

I'm trying to configure a 700M and use the max coupon off, it won't let me and just takes $300 off. What is wrong?

Are you in the $2000+ price range?

Make sure your before discount price is more than $1999.

i had the same problem - they emailed me a voucher with up to 50% off - didn't work. I called customer service who said i should email their chat system - the guy spent 30 mins of my time and never got back to sorted it out - he promised to email, but didn't. he was called vishni varhdan, by the way. i've bought a lot of dell kit for my business - won't be buying any more!
