Hey all,
I received a thank you note from Dell with a $25 coupon in it to be used off of a future electronics purchase. Well, with the current 40% off on the 1905fpw I thought I'd go ahead and use it. So i try to enter it and I get the "we're sorry this coupon has already expired" pop-up. WTF?
I figure I must have missed it by a couple days, but when I go through the super fine print it says the coupon was good through March 31, 2005. I say again, WTF?! I didnt even get the dang coupon until the latter half of April, on or around the 21 or 22.
Anyone had this experience before? Does calling Dell do any good?
