Ahhh.... The Ultra Card. This is the problem. I believe there is a thread already started about this. I think (I don't have an ultra) that you need to flash the Ultra before you can overclock. THIS IS DANGEROUS. If it's not done correctly, you end up with a dead card. Here is the thread on it:
