Best Headphones???

I'm looking for great (TOP QUALITY) Headphones...(No Bose), any advice? Oh, what's so special about those bose speakers, i'm sure they are just overated.

Sennheiser HD580s are about the best headphones for under $300, from what I hear. I have 570s and I love them, though my MP3 player can't adequately power them.

Bose's stuff is pretty good, but WAY overpriced.

Sony MDR-V600

They fit my head and fold up to fit inside my bag! They aslo sounded fuller than the Sein?? I tried for 50.00 more. I use them on my 4760

also these headphones are low impedance, so computer soundcards and speakers will give it more than enough juice. i recommend you go this site for more headphones recommendations www.head-fi.org

I've been using some 600 series Sennheisers (sp?) and they sound great, I can't wait to get my 5680 in and hook up some music, or some games. With my job, this whole laptop deal is going to be great, I spend ALOT of time on buses.
