As far as the first poster is concerned, I have no problem with that. What makes it OK for Dell give out secret coupons that only people who find out about can use, but for another guy, who just goes to the sight to pay 25% more for the same exact product? What makes it OK for them to change the deals on a daily basis for the same product? What makes it OK for Dell to claim they're having a "Sale" everyday? It's not a sale if it's every day, it's just business as usual. It's called bargaining. If Dell was always straight up and just sold everything for the same price, and didn't always (or most of the time) claim there was a special sale going on, I can see complaining, but Dell has already shown they are willing to sell the same thing to different people for different prices, so bargaining with them to get the best price is just common sense.
