i600m Docking Station USB Failure

I just purchased a docking station for my Inspiron 600m, which included a USB keyboard and USB mouse. Upon installation, everything was working without problem. I started to play Battlefield 1942 and 10 minutes into the game the keyboard stopped working. When I rebooted, it was working again, but when I started playing the game again the same thing happened.

Any ideas?

i'd start by patching BF1942, then the drivers for th docking station etc etc. maybe even install the mouse/keyboard drivers if it's a logitech or MS mouse/keyboard

Thanks. How do you update the docking station drivers?? I didn't see it listed under device manager.
