I've had nothing but negative encounters w/ Dell since my first attempt at ordering on 4/25/05. BUT, after a lot of fuming & ranting, I basically decided to swallow my pride & deal w/ it as, in all honestly, I can't get a desk-top replacement at this kind of price (see sig) from anyone else; plus other companies' service sucks just as bad. CS is horrible all over the place. Might as well well deal w/ horrible service from a vendor that at least gives a good deal, imo. And to those of you that get lucky enough to speak w/ a native-English speaking rep., how do you get so lucky?
