Proc Difference

Am I going to notice any performance difference if I get the 2.0 GHz instead of the 2.13 GHz XPS? It saves me 200 dollars, which I really like. Any chance of my reaching 6,000 with 3DMark with the 2.0 and a gig of ram?

I don't see why not, 3dmark really doesn't much care what processor you use, it's almost completely based on the vid card performance. The trick is overclocking your card... if you can figure that out, you can score 6000.
