Another thank you

This really ought to go under the "Thank PC-Torque" thread, but I wanted to make sure that it was notice.

*Ahem*

After about three days of use, the hard drive in my brand new, absouballoulootly beautiful 5680-V died. I was heartbroken. I called PC-Torque, and Tom kicked me over to Sager tech support. Trying to get an RMA from them was a nightmare! Finally, I complained on this forum, and within five minutes, PC-Torque responded to me by contacting Sager and asking them whatthehellisupwithu?! I got my number shortly after. Now, my hard drive is now back on the way to me, and everything looks good.

Thank you again PC-Torque! If only I could have sent my busted HD to you guys in the first place, instead of fooling around with those tech-support clowns.

what hard drive did you get? the hitachi 7200rpm ?

how'd you know it died?

Interesting, I guess Sager techsupport is going downhill as of late???

Yes, that's the drive. I know it died because it sounded just like a coffee grinder. Erererere CLICK! Erererere CLICK! Erererere CLICK!
