I got this hp omnibook with strange problem. I got this new original battery from hp service center, but omnibook still doesn't charge it. I tried it with another the same omnibook where everthing works fine battery and AC charger. After that I messure voltage on computer pins where values are the same on both omnibooks, I did even diassemblly the omnibook and everything looks OK.
Now laptop works on charger AC supplay OK, battery charge meter shows all the time 0% and the battery doesn't charge.
This guy on some other forum says that is probably software problem coused by windows xp service pack2, but I'm not really sure.

Any ideas?
