I suppose thats true, but do Dell help you when you get a virus or spill something on it (unless you have accidenal damage)?
Ha Ha. Yeah, you can't be overly careful, otherwise you won't be able to use it anywhere. I used to flinch everytime my laptop got bumped in a coridor, but I figure "well if it does, so what. Its in a case, its not going to break from a nudge." I've even dropped my 8600, and it still works fine (it was in its case)
|i kept mine in it's original sealed box at my parents' house in their safe for 4 years of college, because I was too afraid of it braking, getting damaged by beer, getting viruses/trojans/worms on it, or it crashing if a paper was due. i can only now go outside without wearing gloves.|
