I recently ordered an EX7 from Hypersonic and two weeks after the expected shipping date I have been given the run around about just where my computer is on the assembly line... Shipping date when from 5/6 to 5/9 to 5/13 to 5/16 to 5/17. Its getting really irritating.
After calling them at noon today, they assured me the system would ship today. They later called me and told me the system wouldnt ship today due to "dead pixels" and "instability"... seems a litte odd that the dead pixels and instability would be found 30 minutes prior to the shipping time they assured me of 5 hours earlier. Makes me wonder just what kind of system theyre building and whether I should cancel my order and place an order at another Clevo reseller...
I was looking at PCTorque's options and I could save about 600 dollars by re-ordering with them, but I dont want to wait another month for my comptuer to arrive. Sooo...
How long does it usually take for a 9880 series to ship from PCTorque?
