Bowing Phase?

How long did boxing phase last for you guys. Mine has been in there since yesterday. I want the laptop now!!!

mine has been there for 4 days and is still boxing. they got slow boxers i guess.

When it's in boxing that means it's being shipped from Malaysia. My 600m was in "boxing" for a couple days before it said it shipped from the US place. Give it time as itis coming from another country.

The responded by cpying and pasting info off the site, I bitched at the half assed, generic response and they offer another 35 bucks. Instead of offering answers they offer money. I just want a more detailed response of were the laptop is at.

Mine has been in production since the 11th. Yet it has never entered into any of the sub-categories (kitting, boxing , testing etc.). I just got off the phone with Dell and the CSR told me that there doesn't appear to be any delays in the actual build process and if it hasn't shipped by tomorrow (the original estimated shipping date) they would email me. DAMN IT! I want my computer!

Mine went into boxing early wednesday, came out of it late friday.

Seems you are making progress and are on the same schedule as I had, which would involve an early next week delivery

You read on the website that boxing phase is when is shipped from over seas to the USA.

I don't understand what else you want from them.

boxing usually takes 3-4 days believe as it is being shipping from overseas here to the US

mine has been in boxing since last friday, and its still there, i e-mailed them for an update yesterday at 1pm est and haven't gotten a respone (its 12:20pm right now). So who knows, i have friday and saturday off of work and overninght delivery, i'm hoping it gets shipped today, i can't wait for monday

I'm still in the boxing stage. Its been 5 days. I emailed Dell support, and I got free goodies. Instead of 3-5 day shipping, I am now getting it over night to my place....Plus I got a free dell scanner/printer. =)

Its in Nahsville, Wtf they said overnight delivery yet its schedualed for the 24th on a tuesday? And this isnt dells estimate this is with tracking from UPS

How do you people get these deals? My 700m was supposed to ship the 18th, but on the 18th (after 4 days of inproduction and 4 days of boxing) I got an email telling me it was delayed until the 26th. So I went to online chat and asked about it, and they told me there was a huge demand, so it got delayed (despite that it was already built and tested). Then I called and was told one of the pieces had been on backorder, but its not anymore so it should ship soon (but it had already been built and tested), so I asked which one but she wouldn't tell me which piece. No offers or anything for free stuff! Anyways, it shipped this morning, 2 days late.

bcherry, you have me worried, mine has been in the boxing stage since last friday and still hasn't shipped, its est. ship day is monday, i better not get an e-mail monday telling be its been delayed, its already been in boxing for a week. They have already upgraded me to overnight shipping from a previous issue though and gave me a $75 credit to the acc. store with which i purchased a kodak 3.2 megapixel camera for $10 with free shipping .
