An SK7 Heatsink and a decent CFM 80mm Fan (YS-Tech 45CFM I believe).
Also using something like a decent Epox mobo or some other decent overclocking mobo helps too.
The RAM can do 2-2-2 @ 200mhz (400mhz) but I cant go above 183mhz due to the onboard NIC which currupts if I go higher than this (I need to get a decent Intel one or something).
RAM shouldn't matter if you are only overclocking the Processor though.
