Boot Up Issue on new 4880

Hello,
I'm new to the forums and a new owner of a 4880 which was purchased by my work, for work. I love the laptop and its performance and build quality.

However, I ran into a problem while playing a movie here at home where I got a bsod type error page telling me the memory was being dumped and to restart. Upon doing so I got the error that the operating system could not be found and the uxe-e61 media error, check cable. Well I opened up the case to get to the HD and checked the cable and it seemed secure. I then searched the forums here trying all their solutions out, setting reset config data to YES in the bios, removing the battery and then trying to run on just AC power, changing the boot order to try and run the repair CD that came with the laptop but no success. The HD's do not appear in the bios at all, it says NONE for master, slave and sata. I would appreciate any help someone could provide esp a way to get it to boot to the repair cd.
Thanks!
