I sold my desktop pc to a freind (now that I have a 9300 
)and he added some of his own stuff (DVD burner, another HD...) The hard drive I sold him had XP Home installed and ready to go, but it has been acting wierd and slow, so I think I'm going to wipe the hard drive and reinstall XP. The problem is he does not have internet to his pc, soooo I was wondering if there was a way to save the activation file/s and copy it to the new install so I don't have to mess around with getting it on the net to activate it. It seems this was possible but I don't remember.
