I'll tell you why they could not give you a part number, I placed my order on the 11th. Anyway...after wasting my time with their web status and automated phone status I also decided to call ask a live body what was the status on my order? It's suppose to ship on the 26th. I was told that they were waiting to install some software. One thing that pisses me off more than anything is when someone is telling me something that I know is an outright lie. SOFTWARE!!!, come on we all know that all the drives are imaged to some degree. I'm sorry, were out of MS XP Pro. Lets face it, I do like DELL products, but there custmer service is by far the worst out there. You would think that Michael Dell himself would get a clue as to where his business is going to go if he doesn't get his customer service in shape.
