i guess it will be a few days before u guys can get it since Acer is in Taiwan we always get best prices and first releases. the graphics is a very strong improvement since i put all hl2 settings on high with AA and get around 110 fps. Ferrari 3400 only scores around 70fps with full settings

you guys should have it about next month.

I had my processor on AMD Turion 64 3700+ with 2 gb ram. the hard drive has PLENTY(100GB) of space for a notebook but the dissapointment is the 5400rpm. The GPU, as i said before is very strong compared to the 3400. sorry just a short review a proper long one will be wrote after more testing.

Well, considering that there are no 100gb 7200 rpm harddrives for laptops yet, I wouldn't really consider that a "dissapointment." In fact, from what I have heard, the 100 gb 5400 rpm drives are about as fast as the 60 gb 7200 rpm drives because of harddrive density.

Actually the 5400rpm 100GB is not that much slower than a 60GB 7200 due to the higher ariel density on the platter. I did not notice much difference between the 7200rpm 60GB in my 2025 and the 100GB on my 8104. Even HL2 initial load is only a few secs difference at best. How the battery life though
