damn i wish i had a machine like that at 14.... my parents made me wait even though they could afford it. what are you doing in highschool that would need that? in my experience you wont need a laptop really until you get to university, yes i was in highschool not long ago.... in all reality you have a great system, enjoy it and have fun, your machine is gonna rock, and i am sure it will be a screamer. trying to stay focused on your work with that alien there is gonna be hard but it will be worse for those who have to sit by you and see how wicked the sentia is.

Lucky child you are! I wished, I were you in High School. Darn! . Only one suggestion is that don't bring your lappy to High School cause kids will steal it. Guaranteed! They might even jump you! Be careful!!!

Steal it from you ----> 99.99%
Jump you for it ------> 110%

Im not even sure why we need it but it says its required. I know I will be taking computer science and grapic design next year. Also, all of our homeone has to be type and whenever I look into highschool classrooms all the students have their laptops open on the tables. probably to take nots and stuff.

Congratulations!

Congrats,

When I was your age, I had to save my pennies just to get a Commodore Vic-20 with its 5K of RAM. I had the modem and the cassette recorder to save files. This was 1981, and look how far we have come! Anyway, congrats! P.S, here's a link to see what a Vic-20 was all about! http://oldcomputers.net/vic20.html
