Getting this Case for my 700m

I've been looking into something highly protective and such. Even though this case is basically the weight of the laptop, but I really like sturdiness. I'm totally going to buy this one in the next week to provide full protection for the 700m.

Its like $116 but I think it's definetly worth it.

Haha, I might consider that for special occasions. Maybe when I go to Vegas, make it look like I'm a high roller.

Cool! Is that sort of black anodized? You *must* wear some of those wrap around shades at all times while carrying that case! (and let the handcuffs fall out of your pocket about every 100 feet.)

I like the look of the case new but for me it would be too high maintenance. I would cringe everytime it fell on it's side. Especially, if it fell on the sidewalk pavement. I have to say, the big benefit of fabric cases is they hold up to wear and tear very well.

That said, it certainly looks like it would protect the lappy well.

Well months later and after it being stolen by the French along with my computer, it was an experience. Brought it to th eairport, got gum stuck on it, then one of the "plugs" holding the suitcase above the floor was loose. I scratched it so many times against pavement and other suitcases. VERY high maintenance and it was quite heavy. After I re-buy the 700m, I'd still get the case again.

Very nice looking case. I wonder how far you can drop it?
