Shutting Off...

How hard is it on the computer to shut it down by holding the I/O button?

I had to do this when my cpu froze.

What other choice do you have? Rhetorical question, as the answer is none. Win XP is pretty rugged when it comes to recovering from system freezes, so there is nothing really to worry about.
