Hi Everyone,
Is there a history of faulty DVDs on TE2000? There are 5 notebooks returned from the customer claiming that DVD drives are faulty.
The drives boot from bootable DVD as well as they passed DVD test disc read test.
But after installing O/S and Power DVD player, the drive cannot play the DVD properly. It plays for a minute or two and the video disappeared. I am not sure it is hardware or software problem.
Anyone who can shed light for this problem, I'd be much appreciated.
