I'm going to order a i9300 at end of the summer and was wondering what stuff is needed for the laptop.

I'm already getting:
-Logitech MX518 or Diamondback Razer
-FUNC 1030 surface mouse pad
-Kensington Contour backpack

is there anything else that I might need?

Games and lots of them =)

The Creative Audigy 2 ZS notebook is pretty nice. I like mine but make sure you update the drivers so the sound comes out the notebooks speakers. Also disable EAX becuase in certian games sound will lag 1/2 a second.

So it does have its problems but does help with taking away some CPU cycles and better sound.

The sound comes out of the notebook speakers with an Audigy 2 ZS? Does it sound any better? I thought everyone was using the Audigy 2 ZS to connect their laptop to 5.1 or above surround sound.

Originally you could only get external sounds to work but with the driver update off the creative website you can get sound through the internal speakers.

I think it sounds better than the onboard. Given the internal speakers are not the greatest I think its worth while becuase of the external speaker hookup options, the cpu cycles it saves when gaming, and the slightly better sound out of the pc speakers.

I have the Audiy 2 ZS Notebook card as well, and yes, it does work w/ the internal speakers once you update the drivers. But, I never use the card for use w/ the internal speakers; I have my card paired w/ Klipsch ProMedia 2.1's. The sound is great, IMO.
