HELP!! Need quick help installing a web cam

Have tried to run CMOS but USB FLASH DEVICE is not showing..what else is there to do??

what are you talking about? you plug the webcam in and install the drivers.. the end

Yeah, plug and play. Just plug it in, if it needs drivers that XP doesn't have put the driver disc in and point it to look in the drivers folder on the disc.
