if your going to ask a price, then ask to add 4.5% if u use paypal. You should include that into your price before stating it, B/c u can't charge ppl for paypal fees. So i would suggest adjusting ur price accordingly or not charging the paypal fees to the buyer, b/c thats against paypal laws. (and i think ours)
