Woah! Status change!

Well, after impatiently checking the dell website over and over for changes in the status of the laptop.

It is now in testing stage! Ordered on May 19th. I wonder if it will go faster and be shipped next week? Although it may sit there for days!

i think boxing stage takes the longest because it is getting shipped from malaysia. my order went from building to boxing extremely fast, but then it didn't move from boxing for a couple days. It is finally on it's way to my house, will be getting it monday.

Don't watch it. It will only go slower. Forget about it and WHAM! It will show up sooner than you think. The mind is a wonderfull toy to waste

Boxing took about 3 days for me. Apparently they consider the "final assembly" stage as part of boxing, because when my website said "Boxing" I called Dell to ask how long it will be and he said that it was in "Final Assembly" which means they are installing software and the like.

I sat there and refreshed my browswer a few times and finally at about 11am on some day this past week I remember seeing it, from one refresh to another, go from "Boxing" to "Shipped," it was quite sweet.

So I guess being obsessive pays off in little ways sometimes.

My comuter stayed in boxing for almost a week. Be prepared for a long wait.

Mine finally hit Boxing. Not sure if it did yesterday or today. I just looked today, never did yesterday. My ship date is the 6th, so hopefully it will ship then.

Mine hit boxing early Friday, I am hoping that when Monday rolls around it will be prepping for shipping in the US.

My UPS tracking number no longer works. It said it went from Nashville to St. Louis and then departed St. Louis at 1am this morning and now the UPS number doesn't register anymore on the UPS tracking site.
