Notebook deal?, avermedia question...

Thread Starter
Do you think that this is a good deal for me? I am a light to moderate gamer(will be gaming during summer (CS) but after that, no gaming at all because of school). This is the system I have configured.

1.25gb pc4200 ram,
1.86ghz pm,
blue quicksnap,
128 mb x300<<<(Suitable? or 6800)
80gb 5.4k rpm hdd,
UXGA truelife,
Avermedia tv tuner http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814100015

This all for about $1340.

The questions I have about the tv tuner are:

Is the tv tuner easy to install?
Do I have to uninstall anything in order to make space for it?
Can I record movies/shows onto my hdd?
Is the quality good?

The tv tuner question, x30 question, and the actual cost are the real things I am wondering about. BTW, this is a 9300.

Thanks,

Get the upgraded 6800go if you can afford it. You will not regret it. I have not tried a tv tuner.

Does the Avermedia TV tuner require you to have MCE or is it just recommended for easier use?
