Yes, they do make a special order PAL TV tuner card in the 8886. It's price is the same as normal, but it adds around 2 weeks to delivery of the notebook. I just wanted to pass that info along for people wondering.

Clevo has total 5 different kinds of TV tuner:
(1) NTSC: Taiwan, USA, Canada, Mexico
(2) PAL-I: England, S. Africa, and Hong Kong.
(3) PAL-BG+DK: Germany, Finland, Spain, Australia, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, E Europe, Northern part of China
(4) SECAM-D/K: Russia, NIS
(5) NTSC-J: Japan.
I am sure that Sager can order any of these TV tuners from Clevo, they just need to know in advance which particular one.

All right, now that's intriguing.
I'm an American living in Japan, so I guess I'd want two TV tuners...
Any thoughts on how that would work out? How much would an extra TV tuner cost, anyway? What about software for the Japanese one - would it be possible to use the same software as the American one?
