Swissbit are offering specials on their ram when you order directly from them. Check it out:

I don't have my S360 yet, but I am probably going to order 2x1gig sticks in the next day or so.

Total: $US426 shipped to me here in Australia!

There has been some talk about that memory before, lostbob. No-one has bought it before, so I think the person who was thinking about it ended up getting Kingmax or something.

Do you think that the S360 could recognize 2 of these sticks for 2gb? The manual says it can only handle 1gb, but it also says that the HDD is not upgradeable, and besides it actually has 2 ram slots that i can access. Anybody tried more than 1gb in an S360?

Yeah, when the s360 was released the biggest stick out was 512MB so 1 GB ws the max. Howevery anything over 1gb is overkill

Just stuffed one 1Gb in my S360P the moment I got it. At first it didn't boot up. I removed the 512, it booted with 1Gb. Then I add the 512 in, works perfectly fine. 1.5Gb for me right now.

ps: I bought the swissbit chip from ebay (memoryx.com - best Ram seller since 1996 lol that what they told me )

For most people anything over 1 gig is overkill, but for me I would use well over 1 gig with all the apps I would have open.

It looks like it isn't. You could always email them and ask.

As for the Kingston ram, I do believe that wont fit in the S series notebooks.
