Hard Drive failing. Need tech # plz help

Hello
I have the 7200rpm 60gb one. And it has been making clicking sound lately no matter I am using it or not. The sound only goes off when the computer is off. And it is very lag. Do you guys know which number to call? And will they next day the new HD? Are they gana charge me? Is it easy to install the new drive?

They should. Most replacement parts are shipped via DHL overnight. Keep an eye out for the big yellow van

They shouldn't as long as you return the defective hard drive with the included DHL waybill that will be attached to the invoice in the box. They usually give 15 days from invoice to return the original/defective part. This is more than enough time.

Yes. A few screws and that's it. It's the same process whether you have the 9300 or XPS2. See here for complete instructions:
