Backpack for my CL56

I need a backpack for college next year and it needs to be able to carry my CL56. The 2 major things i'm looking for is the ability to carry the laptop and some books; and weather resistant. I don't want it to rain on my backpack and fry my laptop. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for the same thing...only to hold an Asus Z70V. I know North Face makes two bags called the Modem and the Bandwidth that both have sleeves for laptops built in, but I'm not sure if a Z70V will fit in the sleeve.
