Max RAM on a Hypersonic EX7?

On the hypersonic EX7 they let you have up to 4gbs of RAM.
i was wondering if the windows xp would support that much with the P4 670 EM64T processor which i believe is 64 bit.

It's 2.83 GB. It's something to do with Windows XP, or the Intel hardware/chipset.
