Dell overcharged me, what can I do?

I placed an order in Dell Accessories yesterday for a backpack. There was a 20% off cases promotion, and I also used a $50 concession coupon. Coupon was applied at checkout, and I received the confirmation email stating my total with all discounts: $7.42. However, I was charged the full amount of $73.08.

How can I get the difference refunded?

just call. make sure you have copy of codes and email receipt, etc.

I called once and the lady said they couldn't do it. What number should I call to get this done? I called Home Customer Care before.

wow, that's what I faced before
used a $50 concession on a 512MB SD card ($59.99 - ? % off to become like $47 or 43 with free shipping). Got $0 in Acknowledge mail but the whole 59.99 in the confirmation mail. VERY PISSED
called Dell, they won't do a thing and want me to send it back myself to get refund, MORE PISSED
so I filed a complaint with BBB, and voila!! somebody from Dell called and we worked out something (he was gonna send UPS to pick up the item, but later we both agreed it's easier to just credit me back $50). I still paid $9.99 for the card when I shouldn't have, but I prefer it than refund & reorder.

Dell hardly compensates for your used coupon (if you refund or cancel order)

ive had no problems being re-compensated with a "wasted" concession coupon...just used dell chat and viola..got a new concession coupon....i guess it depends on who you talk to....
