I've been enjoying my decked out ZD8000 for about a month now. I got the all the best options including the x600 with 256mb ram, 2gb RAM, etc. Graphics and everything are great! However a couple of days ago I decided I would install a game to play so I installed Unreal Tournament 2004 (fresh copy from BestBuy). But within about 2 minutes playing the game the game graphics get very pixelized with discolored pixels showing up everywhere. I proceeded to call Epic Games (maker of Unreal Tournament 2004) and they couldn't find the solution. I then installed another game EVE (some mass online game) but the same thing, you can barely view the graphics within a few minutes of game as the GPU becomes unstable.
My question is has anyone else experienced these issues? Even HP couldn't help. A guy a work thinks it's because the GPU is getting too hot. He says this happens to him when he tries to overclock his GPU. I've tried everything, Omega Drivers, underclocking, overclocking but nothing helps. Any suggestions? DirectX Diagnostic's show all is good as well.

I have heard they have screwed up many a video card.
Including the Nvidias. Try that and see what happens. If that doesn't help, use the restore cd and start over with everything at the default settings. Still doesn't?
Try ATI. Maybe not necessarily in this order. My bet is the OMEGA DRIVERS.
