Where is that Monitor testing program?

Hi guys, I did 15 minutes of advanced searching and browsed the FAQ but I couldn't find what I was looking for.

Can anyone point or link to that comprehensive monitor testing program that I've read about here in months past? I'm looking for one that can 'stress' and do tons of benchmarking and cycle thru tons of screens to stress the monitor (CRT and LCD supported).
