Received my new Sager 4381 yesturday. Had trouble getting it to power on. After 20 minutes of trying, it finally powered on. Once powered on, I can power it off and then right back on with no problem. But, if it sits for a period of time, it will take 20 minutes of trying till it will power on.
I have already requested a rma for repair.
This is my first time, and the company I work for, their first time of buying a Sager. This is not a very good first impression for Sager. We have always went with Dell's or Gateway's in the past with very few problems.
Do other people out there have problems with new systems or do they just request their money back and not post here? Is that what I should of done?
