Compal dl70 RAM matter

Thread Starter
The thing is that this is the barebone that I have in mind to build my notebook on. But I have found a very interesting matter about it. Several sites give the info that this machine works with DDR1 SDRAM 333 MHz, PC2700 Modules 2.5v. But it has an Intel ® 915PM Express chipset, which according to intel.com 'Supports for dual channel DDR2 400/533 MHz memory technology'. So my question is can this machine realy work at 533 MHz, and if it can't why do they put it such chipset?

Thank you, very much
