I was wondering ......

Does a service manual for the sentia exist? I'm really interested in the correct way to remove the case (I can do it, but it's more difficult than it should be) & what sizes of screws go where.

If so is it possible to get hold of one?

You can try their Knowledge Base http://help.alienware.com/ and type Sentia, you will find a lot of specs and do-it-yourself stuff.
