Mobile Graphics Cards in 3-5 months?

Will we be seeing the same x600 and x700 as well as the Go6600?

Or will something more powerful be created for the thin and light category?

I have almost decided on the z70v, headed off to college, but would wait if i could get a similarly weighted machine with a better graphics card. Not a huge fan of the z71v, 6.6lbs seems like a lot more than 6.0 for some reason.

I heard that the Z70V may get an X700 come late august, so if you can hold out that long . . .
