Thats a lot of process' dude. You seriously need to sit down, start up services in mmc and go thru each started process and evaluate whether you really need to have it running. If not stop it and if its set to start automatically on system startup either change it to Manual or disabled.
Then fire up google and lookup the rest of the processes that are showing up in Task Manager (just type the name of the process into Google with an appended .exe) and verify you need to have it running as well.
If not, then kill it and hunt for the offending app thats starting the process and see if you can stop it from running silently in the background.
Then you'll REALLY see a difference.
