Im having a problem with my 3880-V. When the notebook is running on
the battery, the screen does not display properly and it does not boot
up beyond the login flash screen. The screen resembles a fuzzy
patchwork of random colors. Since it only happens when running on the
battery, Im guessing its a voltage problem. Perhaps the battery is
defective? (the battery is fully charged).
I bought the computer from pctorque on the 16th of May, and recieved it on
26th.
Let me know how we should proceed. Thank you.
