I think that PCNation deserves a new post for having such a great customer service. Here is what happened. I purchased an 8104 laptop from PCNATION and suspected the laptop had a few problems. As i know it wasn't PCNATION's fault because they are just a reseller for Acer. Therefore, something must had gone wrong at Acer before this laptop was distributed to the resellers. I called up Acer to send it in for a repair the first time. I received the laptop back with minor scratches on the lid and the problem was never solved. As frustrated as I was, I called up Acer and requested that this laptop to be sent in for another repair. The second time i sent it in, Acer replaced the mobo and sound for the exchange of more scratches and problems. The wifi didn't work and the lid had a weird noise to it like a dislocated joint. The worst part is that the lid is scratched up even more. The laptop was not new like when i received it. I asked Acer for a replacement but they told me they don't do any replacements. I decided not to send in for another repair because of the bad experience with the repair team. Instead, i called up PCNATION because that was my only place i could turn to. They were very helpful and told me they would try to contact Acer for an RMA even though the 30 day refund had expired. Throughout all this time, Jennifer from PCNATION was very helpful. She kept me updated about the issues. After a few days later, PCnation contacted me and told me Acer is willing to give me a full refund or replacement. I decided to go with the refund because i did not want to deal with such a huge corporation that did not act professionally. To let everyone know, PCNATION was very professional and helpful. If they were not concerned of my problems, i probably would not receive a full refund. Therefore, it's very important that you choose the right reseller. If you are planning to buy anything, i would recommend PCNATION.
