1693 Won't Bootup

ACER ASPIRE1693 Wlmi, ACERSUPPORT CHANGED
Frus,keyboard,main board within 5 days of purchase.
last 7 days working o.k
yesterday won't boot up!!!!
power light comes on ,nothing else, tried all sorts,
no post screen comes on!!
acer service unable to reach, 3 times holding on for 20-25 minutes,in the end it cuts me out.
4rt time hlp line advises me to e mail!!

New laptop within12days all happening,Terrible.

Any help much appreciated.

If the laptop is only 12 days old as i think you mean dont bother with Acer they never answer their mails i've mailed loads of times never had a reply just fire it back to the dealer you bought it from here in the UK they are obliged to repair/replace/refund your choice within 14 days of purchase some increase this to 28 days.

You are not alone , i guess out of 50 people 10 would have the same experience with acer . It happed to 4 of my friends when the took it out of the box packing . I guess the problem is mainboard

and if u send it to acer they will replace the mother board and give it back which inturn starts a whole series of problem ...

So if ur new acer is broken . Demand for new one rather than getting it repaired

Thanks But no joy yet!

Tecnoworld PLC who supplied says the Laptop is with Acer ,they will sort out,
Acer says they have recived the laptop,it will take 2-3 days to look at it,
Then they say it could take 10-14 days to get it repired.
When i insist for New Replacement, Acer says they won't replace wit NEW!!!
Already 10 days has gone.
How to get a refund or replacement with Tecnoworld ??

Any help from anybody

no acer follows its warnenty witch is repair imagine that as for the emails if you dont put enought info then you wont get a responce and yes they reply to them as for the repair time its 7-10 business days from when acer recieves unit to when you will recieve it back
